Twice a year, we share a detailed Impact Report with our customers, operators, and partners across North America and the UK. It’s our way of showing the impact your coffee choice is making, bringing the story full circle from bean to cup and back again.
This mid-year report celebrates what we’ve achieved together so far in 2025. It’s a reflection of shared priorities, consistent investment, and meaningful collaboration with our partners on the ground.
So far this year, that’s looked like:
- Women coffee farmers stepping into leadership roles and managing farm finances with confidence
- Women farmers and young entrepreneurs sharpening their skills through agricultural training and hands-on fieldwork
- Regenerative biodiversity initiatives supporting both coffee-growing communities and the ecosystems they rely on
These aren’t one-off projects. They’re part of a growing, global effort to make coffee better - for the people who grow it, the businesses who serve it, and the communities who enjoy it.
Every bean we source is certified by Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance, and selected with intention. Every initiative we support reflects our long-term belief: that business can be a force for shared progress, not just profit.
